I need to know if my iphone is hacked or not? i feel that someone is spying on my whats app messages and calls nd facebook! I want to know how i can be sure and how i can stop it without losing my data? when i m connecting my iphone to laptop itunes is refusing to read it???? Iphone6s plus

Look on your phone for an app named Cydia. If it's there your phone has been jailbroken. But if it is not there that does not mean that the phone is not jailbroken. Based on what you have posted you must assume it has been.
If you have any doubt the only sensible thing to do is to restore iOS and set your phone up as a new phone; do not restore any backups. And change every passcode that you have ever used from the phone. And cancel any credit cards that were saved on your phone. Start your digital life over completely, as all of your personal data might now be in someone else's possession.

Your phone has not been hacked. Your Apple ID may have been hacked; if you think it may have been see: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
If your iPhone does not connect to iTunes see: If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
It's much more likely that your WhatsApp and facebook accounts have been compromised.
Change your passwords.
The answer is that there is no way to know if your phone has been hacked if it was out of your possession for more than a few minutes. Spyware can be completely hidden. So you must assume it was hacked and restore your phone as a new phone. Or throw it away and buy a new one and set it up as new, and never lend it again.
iPhones cannot be hacked unless jailbroken.
I think that there is someone had a full access to my phone physically and he also had my passcode then when I took my phone back I started to fell that it has been hacked or tracked and when I plug it into the computer to back up my data and restore it I found the iTunes refused to read my mobile any more! Any ideas? I don’t want to erase my phone and lost my data which is the capacity for is higher than my iCloud space!
Can’t I just have an answer for my question because it’s really important to find out a way to deal with this problem you can’t even imagine how it feels when u has this feeling that someone around u has full access to ur mobile and u have no prove and can’t talk to him please I just need to be fully confedante and protect my phone
He/she must be a very good friend if you gave him your phone and your passcode. Can't you ask him/her about it?
