I already told you what to do about iTunes connections.
Look on your phone for an app named Cydia. If it's there your phone has been jailbroken. But if it is not there that does not mean that the phone is not jailbroken. Based on what you have posted you must assume it has been.
If you have any doubt the only sensible thing to do is to restore iOS and set your phone up as a new phone; do not restore any backups. And change every passcode that you have ever used from the phone. And cancel any credit cards that were saved on your phone. Start your digital life over completely, as all of your personal data might now be in someone else's possession.
