cannot restore data

i tried to restore data to my new phone, but i cannot verify the apple id. Then i created new apple id for my new phone. Now i need to delete apps (for ex: viber) and download it again but i cann't restore data for my apps. what can i do?

If you want to restore the data, you need to use the Apple ID associated with the backup and restore the backup. Why can't you verify the old ID? what happens when you try? Error message(s)?


Do you have access to another network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device
