Why is my apple Id disabled?

Everytine I go to download an app a messge pops up saying that my ID is Disabled? How to I stop it from being disabled?

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
