Unlocked Apple ID when the bday is not mine and I don’t now the recovery email

I’d is locked and I don’t ever remember us ring the recovery email so I can’t have it send there and the bday I guess when I got it year ago I put something other the my bday and it’s been locked for over a year I gotta new I’d buy all my stuff is on my old one and I don’t know how to get it I can’t find the recovery email and I put in the w birthday ever time I don’t know why I would of put something other than my actual birthday so please help me unlock my id
