I purchased OS Lion and I want to put it on a bootable USB drive. How do I get the file to put on my USB?

I purchased Mac OS Lion from the apple website and I want to put it on my mac that I got second hand but there is no OS on the computer itself so I cant get to the mac apple store on the Macbook itself and I cant get on from my windows computer. Is there any way that I can get it on a USB as a bootable drive so I can put it on my Macbook and use? Thank you for the help in advance!

Not without another Mac. If you don’t have disks for the secondhand one, you usually can either start it up with the Option, Command, and R keys held down or buy a Snow Leopard DVD from the online Apple Store depending on its age, but there are some models for which neither method will work.
