Please help with my iphone 7 plus running on ios 11.4 (15F79) no sound thru headphone when i plug it in via the lighting port! The sound only came out via phone speaker only.....TY

Try a forced restart of your iP7+: Press and hold both Side (power) and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. When it appears, release both buttons, wait for your iphone to restart, then test it.
If you're sure that your headphone is working fine, check (and eventually change) the Lightning - Jack adapter.
If you get no help, have your device inspected at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:
