I recently erased my iPhone 5s and I noticed that the size of all the icons and text throughout the OS got larger. It doesn't look as good as before I erased my phone. How can I get the smaller icon sizes back ?
Moreover, the "Display Zoom" part doesn't appear in "Display and brightness", can anyone know how to fix it?

What procedure did you use to "erase" your iphone?
You can look in your Accessibility settings, and change the font size bigger/smaller.
Sorry... I forgot: check also Font Size in both settings
But the "Display and zoom" part doesn't appear.Can you show me how to fix it?

As I can see from your info you should have installed iOS 11.4 on your 5s, right?
Settings>Display&Brightness>... the last option should be ZOOM, tap on it and set to standard.
Also in Settings>Display&Brightness>FONT SIZE.... tap on it and set the cursor at the bottom (in center).
Restart the iPhone then Test your screen.
If the icons are still big, or you have a bigger text, check also:
Settings>General>Accessibility>ZOOM (2nd option) and disable it.
Also in Settings>General>Accessibility>BIGGER FONT (6th option) and disable it.
Restart the iPhone then Test your screen again
