I am having a problem signing in the App Store on my mac. I got this error
"an error occurred while establishing connection with the apple Id server". I already checked internet connection and reinstall latest MacOs to High Sierra 10.13.5, and also checked Host File and firewall disabled.
I can not sign in any app that uses apple id credentials.

If installed, disable anti virus software then try again.
Same for any net monitoring apps such as Little Snitch.
If you are using WiFi to connect try an ethernet connection if you can.
Click on the wifi icon in windows 10 taskbar
-> Network & Internet Settings
-> Click on Proxy on the left Navigation Pane
-> Switch off the Automatically detect settings
Now open iCloud for Windows and sign in as normal
This method work for me.
Hope it would work for others as well.

I do not have any anti virus, and any app as little snitch. I checked everything. I have Xcode and it does not allow me to sign in on it either. I Tryed with different accounts too.
