Eid al ASHA as a USA holiday when it is not? I want it removed!
Why does Apple show Eid al Asha as a USA holiday when it is not? It is an outrage to American, remove it now!

You are not speaking to Apple here, this is a user to user support forum, and Apple does not participate here.
Subscribed calendars cannot be edited by the user, or anyone except the creator/owner. If the US Holiday calendar does not meet your needs, then turn it off and subscribe to another calendar that does. However, remember, that no matter what calendar that you subscribe to, you cannot edit it yourself. Difficult to say if you will find one that will meet all of your needs, however the Apple US Holiday calendar is what it is.
If you wish to provide feedback to Apple, this is not the place to do it. You do it by going to their feedback link here, https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

It is not a us holiday as shown by the United States governmen. It is an Islamic holida,if you want to observe it go ahead but it is not a USA holida.
The US Holiday calendar is not a US Government holiday calendar. If you wish to have a strict US Government calendar, then look for one of those. However, understand that Easter, and a few others are not going to be on their either. Those are not government holidays, they are religious observances.
The US Government has ZERO official US holidays. The government does not have the power to declare holidays, except for US government employees, and not even for all of them.
I gather that you don't want Good Friday and Easter on the US Holidays calendar, because they are not holidays for US government employees.
I guess you also haven't noticed that the Apple calendar has holidays for 5 religions commonly practiced in the US, not just Roman Christian and Muslim.
Why does Apple show Easter as a US Holiday, when it is not. It is celebrated in over 100 countries. All of the holidays in the US Holidays calendar are celebrated in many other countries. The US is just one of them.
It is not a us holiday as shown by the United States governmen. It is an Islamic holida,if you want to observe it go ahead but it is not a USA holida.

No, it's not a Christian nation. This is where that pesky Establishment clause comes in:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
First Amendment, U.S. Constitution. The U.S. is not Christian or Jewish or Hindu or any other religion. It's against the highest law in the land for their to be a state religion.
And Eid is a holiday celebrated by Muslims all over the world, including in the U.S.
The US is decidedly NOT a "Christian" country. There is no state religion in the US; the founding fathers were very clear about that in both their personal writings and what they placed into the US Constitution. They wanted to make sure that it would never be like England, which DOES have a state religion. Time for you to go read the US Constitution, starting with the First Amendment.
Well, of course it's a U.S. holiday. It's celebrated by over three million U.S. citizens. Why on earth would you think it wasn't? After all, no polite, civil person would want to make any of their fellow citizens feel as if they were somehow second class citizens.

If it were national chocolate chip cookie day......
It is a Christian holida, celebrated by christians all over the world,The United States is a Christian nation and not an Islamic countr.

You are absolutely correct!

The U.S. government, Congress actually, only has the power to make holidays for federal employees. They do not make holidays for the rest of us. It's not one of the powers that the U.S. Constitution granted them. You might want to consider reading the U.S. Constitution someday. You'd learn about, among other things, the establishment clause.
Yes, Eid is an Islamic holiday, celebrated by U.S. citizens who practice Islam. No one is making you celebrate it. But, it does usually involve lots of good food. Easter (both of them) is a Christian holiday celebrated by U.S citizens who practice the many varieties of Christianity. Yom Kippur is a Jewish holiday celebrated by U.S. citizens who priactice Judaism. Holi is a Hindu holiday, celebrated by U.S. citizens who practice Hinduism.
It is a Christian holida, celebrated by christians all over the world,The United States is a Christian nation and not an Islamic countr.
There you go again. You may need to read that Constitution again, since there is no national religion in the US.
Respect diversity, and get a calendar that meets your needs and let this go by the wayside.
Eid al ASHA as a USA holiday when it is not? I want it removed!
