If you still have access to a running copy of Microsoft Word, visit Insert WordArt - Office Support to locate how to bring up the WordArt feature within it. Once you have used it to create the text in mind, select and copy it. Open up Pages and paste it. You cannot run Microsoft's WordArt program directly from within Pages, but you should be able to copy over any results from it.

If you don't have Microsoft Word anymore, you can always try a 3rd party like https://makewordart.com/ or Art Text — Professional Graphic Design Software for Mac but you'll still need to copy and paste your result.
