Looking for Live Feed Camera Glasses for video chat

Hello all!

I am looking for a pair of camera glasses that one could connect to an iPhone and wear during a video chat. The person wearing the glasses could take a tour of a home and look at things up close and the people he is chatting with can see what he sees IN REAL TIME. Is there such glasses or an app for a video chat like that?
