Hi Jason Smith,

I understand that you've blocked Fox News in the News app on your iPhone, but you're still seeing content from that channel. I know it's important to control what you see in your news feed, I'd like to help. It sounds like you've taken the proper steps to block the channel, but I'd suggest reviewing the information below to be sure the channel has been fully blocked and unfollowed. You also have the option to restrict the stories you see in "For You."

Unfollow a topic or channel

If you keep seeing stories on a certain topic or published by a certain channel, check to see if you're following it. If you are and don't want to be, you can unfollow it:

  1. Make sure that you're in your For You feed of the News app, then tap Following at the bottom of the screen. In Following, you'll see lists of topics and channels that you currently follow.
  2. Swipe left on a topic or channel, then tap Remove.

Hide all stories about a topic or from a channel

If you don't want to see any stories about a certain topic or published by a certain channel, you can block that channel or topic to hide all of the stories:

  1. Tap Search at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Type the name of the topic or channel that you want to hide.
  3. Tap the suggested result that best matches what you're looking for, then tap the block icon User uploaded file to block the topic or channel. If prompted, tap Block.

If you want Apple News to only show stories from topics and channels that you follow, go to Settings > News and turn on "Restrict Stories in For You." This will limit the features of the News app.

Control the kinds of stories that you see in Apple News

Best Regards.
