iPhone SE disabled

My old iPhone SE is disabled as I've forgotten the passcode. I'm also unable to connect to iTunes.

For your disabled iPhone If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support . Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes, if you do, then please explain in details why you're not able to connect to iTunes.
