Keychain password not stored in iPhone but clearly in keychain

I am experiencing an issue where in settings>passwords I don’t see a website and the username/password stored. However, when on the site I put in a username and password (incorrectly) and I get a pop-up notification that the password (that was incorrect) entered doesn’t match my keychain and would I like to update key chain? this pop up implies that keychain has the information for the site stored but it isn’t showing up on my local iPhone file. This is not a new site - actually one I haven’t used in probably 2 years.

Any ideas?
