App Store Pending Purchases

From the beginning of downloading an app I already purchase paid app starting from clicking the value of it, then it will be ask for your finger print scanner to confirm your purchase to download... then after all when I go to my account at the app store at the purchase history I see that all of the apps I have bought are still on “Pending” ??? I have enough money on my credit but then how come that the apps I have bought are still on Pending
