How do I get my iphone earbuds replaced, they dont work?

Check the charging port for lint or other debris and see this:
If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If your headphones are broken, they generally have a one-year warranty again manufacturing defects. Any authorized repair location should be able to check them:
