99 cent/month charge for iTunes

I've read your 6 point ”if you see an unfamiliar charge“ etc. it doesn’t help. This is my only payment to iTunes. Been going on forever. I have no idea what this is for. Can you help me?

99c is generally the cost for iCloud Storage.

See here for how to downgrade it: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

Downgrading effectively cancels it.

Otherwise, follow the steps here to see any active subscriptions you may have on your account: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you are paying .99 per month, then you are probably paying for 50GB of iCloud Storage.

You can verify this by going to iTunes on any computer, sign in with your Apple ID, click on Account in the top row, then on View My Account. Then scroll to Purchase History and click on Show All. If it is coming out monthly for iCloud, you will see it there plain as day:

If you wish to discontinue your additional iCloud Storage, then follow these instructions:

Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support

Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

It may be this:

iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades - https://support.apple.com/HT201318

Otherwise it should appear under:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - https://support.apple.com/HT202039 - "Learn how to view your subscriptions that renew automatically, change your subscription period, and turn off Automatic Renewal." "If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew."
