Apple digital receipt

hello, I have recently made some purchases and I see that they have sent me a receipt for a free app I download a few weeks ago, but I have not received a receipt for free apps I’ve downloaded a week ago. Also I made a purchase on my iPad where the Apple ID is one email and the App Store is signed into another. I made a App Store purchase with the App Store Id which email gets my receipt?
