Screen Capture Zoom not working in macOS High Sierra10.13.6

Seems like Apple never fixed their Zoom problem since High Sierra started. Back in Sierra screen capture with Zoom in and out worked fine. But still until today with the latest updates - nothing fixed. I've tried several screen recording softwares - including quick time and nothing.

When will apple fix this issue?

If you screen record with QuickTime or any other software - once you play the video - the zoom in gets distorted (see attached image). This did not happen and still does not happen with Sierra or any other macOS. It's just High Sierra which is still the problem - since day 1. By the way I'm talking about the Zoom you can activate from System Preferences - Accessibility - Zoom.

Ok, I tried it with Quicktime Player and I also see the same distortion.

(No problem with a still image capture with command-shift-3 or 4)

Not much we can do except use feedback to let Apple know of the problem.

Presumably the more people complain the better chance we have of it being fixed sooner rather than later.
