Apple Watch after 4.3.2 update isn't updating exercise minutes

This didn’t help, my Apple Watch can gather the information but it won’t fill the exercise ring at all, I just did a 1 hour walk and I only have 11 minutes for the activity ring even though it shows the workout in the activity app
