Im not able to fetch data from iCloud esp the pics n videos

log into iCloud.com from any computer web browser and select the photos or video and download - or enable iCloud Photo Library on your device and let the sync complete then use on the device

Are you signed into iCloud in Settings/Your Name/iCloud and is Phots syncing on?
