i got a reminder i didnt set that just said hey and i would like to know what this means

So i was just in my phone today like normal and i get a notification from my phone with a reminder saying hey, it’s quite strange because i didn’t set a reminder nor have i ever set one. i have tons of notes but i’ve never set a reminder, just seems quite strange with the message only being hey.
