I will just be using my phone and then suddenly the whole screen goes black as if turned off, then after about a second or 2, goes back to the original screen I was on. it happens regularly

Did you already try to set it back to factory settings and test it without the use of any backup?

Hello. Just want to know if you were able to fix your problem when you restore factory settings? I am currently having the same issue and would love to know. If you have restored factory settings did you restore your back up data afterwards?
