iCloud Music Library won’t stay on

My family recently got Apple Music and we’re using family sharing, and for some reason my iCloud Music Library won’t stay enabled and disables itself after a few seconds. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone and signing in and out of my Apple ID. I also tried enabling iCloud Music Library on my PC still to have it turn itself off. I am currently using an iPhone X on 11.3.1

I understand that your iCloud Music Library keeps disabling itself. In looking at the troubleshooting that you have already tried, I would suggest you contact Apple Support for more direct assistance with your issue.
