I am going to settings to set up certain items in my new iPhone 8plus. I'm stuck on the screen that says "go to one of your other devices signed into iCloud to approve this iPhone. I am signed into iCloud but cannot figure out where to go to "approve this phone". Please help...
You must have enabled two factor authentication/verification on your old device. See this article:
