It is difficult for me to access the support links for Egypt because Apple’s website forces me into my own country. However this should also work for you to get the Egypt support pages. Go to (link) Contact Apple Support and you should find Apple’s official options for support, including ways you can discuss with Apple technicians before you take or send your watch anywhere. They should be able to guide you. (If you don’t get Egypt options scroll to the bottom of the page and look for a little country flag to change your country)
I should also point out that Apple warranty and AppleCare+ are usually limited to the country or region where the device was purchased, so if you bought away from Egypt you may need to send the watch back to where you bought it.
