Hey Janicefromraleigh!

You can swim with your Apple Watch Series 3 for as long as you want as they are Water Resistant to up to 50 meters. So unless you’re going scuba diving or doing a high intensity water work, you should be fine. Just remember to turn on Water Lock by swiping up to the control center and clicking the little water droplet.
