How do I get rid of verification required when updating or downloading an app?

So I went to my purchase history and I had nothing that I haven’t payed so i don’t know what’s up with this pop up.

How do I remove the verification alert when I want to download or redownload an app? i previously had my credit card info logged into my phone and just recently haven’t been able to download any app of any kind on my phone without the verification and billing alert popping up.

Asking for verification When I try to Download an app I keep getting a thing pop up saying I need to verify my account and billing information even tho I don’t have/want to set up a card to my Apple ID. There are two options, to cancel or continue but when I press continue it just takes me to my billing information and I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried about everything and I don’t want to reset my phone.

Verification Required I go on the app store to download an app, and “verification required” pops up, i’ve checked if i’ve had to renew subscriptions, i’ve checked the none box and it still pops up

The popup is most likely a phishing attempt to get you to give away your Apple ID and password. If you responded to the popup and entered any personal information change your Apple ID password immediately.
