itunes error 0xE800000A

It was all right until my iphone 6 had backup to my PC and I have erased all data to restore later to fix an error with Apple ID as advised by Apple Support Team. Unfortunately, when connected my iPhone to PC to restore, I am getting the above error. I am fed up with this. What should I do?
