So yeah i changed it to none and I still cant update my apps, it says that i need to verify my payment method and then when i click done it just comes back and never stops so i cant update my apps and i have 40 apps to update..... I can’t stand this bs pls tell me hos to fix it

Try logging out of the account in the App Store app, close it via the phone's taskbar and do a soft-reset/reboot, and then retry. If you have the same problem after doing that contact iTunes Support
