will a reset get rid of hackers?

will a reset get rid of hackers? How do I get rid of them?

If I use my backup to restore will it give hacker access again?

Unless your iPhone is jailbroken, there is no way to remotely hack an iPhone, so no way for anyone to have hacked your iPhone, unless they had it in their physical possession for an extended period of time.

What if anything is happening to make you think your iPhone is hacked?

Restoring the iPhone will remove anything that was on it, and return it to factory condition.
