How do I install Windows 10 to an external drive?

I have an external LaCie Drive that I've partitioned 2 TB for an installation of Windows 10. I only have 1 TB of internal memory on my startup Mac so would like to use the external drive as a bootable Windows startup disk. I'm currently running High Sierra v10.13.5, on my iMac.

I've made it as far as creating the ISO image on a USB flash drive. Then Boot Camp Assistant only offers the option to quit.

Not sure where to go from here... 😕

iMac, macOS Sierra (10.12.1)
