Even after I have reset my password ,I still can’t use any app or upgrade now I m very bugged

help me resolve this problem to enable my apple id

As well as resetting its password have you also done : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ? If you have : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
