How to clean AirPods
The black gunk, and yellow stains (ear wax?) on the stem, not the part that goes deep in the ear, Apple’s instructions are useless.

Please see How to clean your AirPods and EarPods - Apple Support. There pretty straight forward.
I find Q-tip or a toothpick (not too sharp) works. Just becareful not to damage the mesh.
