How to turn off Voicemail on iPhone 6s Plus
The only help I’ve found is to dial ##002# and some options are suppose to appear but it doesn’t work. How do I disable my voicemail?

Are you saying you don't want to be able to receive any voicemails?
If so, you need to contact your carrier and see what options they give you. Voicemail is a carrier feature.
