iPhone 6SE password longer than 5 minutes - how?
1) go to settings
2) go to touch id and passcode
3) click require passcode
4) change to how long until you want it to request again

Settings >> Touch ID & Passcode >> Enter your passcode >> Require Passcode >> change to how often you want
If you’re limit is restricted to no more than 5 minutes, that is because you have a work email or other profile on your device that is overriding the default. As long as you have that account installed, you’ll have to live with the settings it forces.

the only option I have to choose between after I go to settings - Touch ID and passcode - click require passcode - change to how long etc
1. Immediately
2. After 1 minute
3. After 5 minutes

Yes that is what I mean. I put phone down and then pick it up to check and have to put in password again 😩

Are you referring to how long the screen stays on before going to sleep (auto-lock)?

Do you want the screen to stay on longer? Look in Settings>General>Auto-Lock. It looks like your options are pretty much 5 minutes and Never if you're looking for a longer window of time.
