I created a locked note but there is no option to share it with another person. If I remove the lock and share the note then the locking option is no longer available. Is it possible to share a locked note?

Thank you for clarifying. It will be nice if Apple adds this option in the future so family members can share locked notes containing sensitive information like shared bank accounts, credit cards, etc.

I agree it would be nice, imagine they could come up with away to share the encryption between family members.
