I reinstall PC windows 10 + Icloud. I can see only new photos. how can i download all the pic ? how i down load NOTES from ICLOUD?

you can head over to www.icloud.com and find your photos and notes that are stored in icloud. From there you can download the stored pictures and notes.
i got to the library. i mark a pic (i can mark only one by one) ** t when i come to windows10 i cant paste it (it isn't an alternative)
Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier but if you look at the top right corner within the photos tab you should see a cloud with an arrow pointing down meaning download.
And... You can hold down command to select multiple photos (I think it is Shift for window users but idk for sure)
