Call forwarding option is missing from Phone setting

I updated to iOS 11.4.2 and my voicemail forwarding no longer works. I updated end of last week and my last successful voicemail forward was earlier in the week. However now when someone calls me it goes to my phone voicemail. I have done sprints suggestion of using *72 then my ten digit voicemail number through google voice. Doesn’t work. I’ve tried deactivating and activating google voice and it doesn’t work. I try searching in my settings Call Forwarding and it finds it but when I click on it, it takes me to Phone and Call Forwarding is not there. It definitely was there before. See pictures attached. It is not my carrier since are the ones who suggested the *72. It definitely changed after I updated to iOS 11.4.2. This is a bug that needs to be fixed unless I am missing a workaround.
