may i know why my phone 5S can't open instragram app after downloading?

Reboot the device and try again. Delete the app and reinstall.

Instagram app does not open My IG app will not open. Every time I try to open it it crashes and closes immediately. I just got the 13 pro yesterday, and this started when I first tried to open IG on the new phone. Everything else transferred nicely. I’ve tried everything. Offloading/reloading the app, uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting my phone, and I even did a factory reset and it’s still the same thing. I use IG for work so I really need the app. Please help!!!!
