Downloaded Music not working

I got apple Music on the individual plan. I got many songs and downloaded them. This worked fine for about a day. The next day I got new songs and also downloaded them. (Added to library and downloaded). Since then many many songs I download don't work when I am not on WiFi or data. A message pops up saying "You're offline. Connect to the internet and give it another shot." This is very confusing seeing as I have it downloaded (there are no symbols next to it).

If you have any ideas it would be much appreciated. Thank you!
