I have switched the to a new network but its showing as No service and carrier update is also not available, please help as i an unable to make calls

Switching carriers wouldn't necessarily result in a carrier update. And, a carrier update wouldn't necessarily solve your problem.
You can try resetting your network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. If that doesn't work, contact your carrier.

Ok so it looks like you need to contact your carrier as your not getting any service or carrier updates. What carrier do you have? (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc)

Alright, I'll recommend that you contact AirTel Support as it seems like there issue rather then a iPhone issue.
