What is activity and health data is restored after clean restore

Does anyone know what data will be stored in iCloud regarding Health data and Activity App. I have to restore my iPhone because of some issues and testing purposes. But I noticed that although quite some health data was restored on a newly configured iPhone it still did seem to miss some data. I could see all activity rings and some of the badges I’ve earned but all the individual work outs seems to get lost and aren’t backed up apparently in iCloud. Can anyone confirm individual work outs are not saved in iCloud?

Strange thing though: if I use a complete backup from iCloud and restore the phone from

a backup almost anything will be restored in health and activity app. Although I notice some glitches like it doesn’t seem to recover the last two days of the backup.

Any help appreciated.
