How do I turn off Auto-Login?

How do I turn off Auto-Login? I selected use without internet and now the welcome screen with the login does not appear anymore. In fact, it asks me for the password for the wifi. I need to get to the login page. When I select the blue i, there is no option to deactivate the auto login. Help!! This is true also for my iphone 5S.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 10.3.3

Hi!

If you want disable automatic login on captive networks got to Settings > Wi-Fi and touch i near Your WiFi’s name. Turn off Automatic Login.
