how do i unlock locked icloud id?

the icloud gives me information that my icloud account is locked for security reasons.though the password is correct,i couldnot open icloud mail and i cant login or log out of icloud in my iphone.

security questions asked is also not matched.

and i could reset by the email address because it is not given clearly..

i need help.

Apple ID unlock Hello, I have just restored my iPhone SE 1st generation and it's asking for the apple ID but it seems like the icloud account has been locked. Unfortunately, I do not remember the security questions but I do remember my old password and when I try to send the reset link to email, it sends it to the icloud mail which I have not access to.
