Weird files appear in my mac
One day this folder just appears inside my HD, they seem to be empty, I thought that just reinstalling my OS solve the problem but no, those appear again, what should I do?

Those extra folders may be ones that should be invisible. They may be associated with your anti-malware software. For some reason they have become visible. Normally, only four folders should appear: Applications, Library, System, and Users. Yours also shows Network and Remote Disk. Those are OK.
