iTunes Windows store app does not open

I have tried every solution here with no results.

I have tried repairing the app, resetting the app, disabling the bttray startup and everything else.

Here is my problem, I have the latest build of Windows 10 and have to use the iTunes app from the windows store.

I have tried launching the app with no response, I have tried running the app as an administrator and on doing that the itunes setting box pops up showing only the restrictions section with the options to disable the various settings and to click ok or cancel. When clicking either cancel or ok the settings box disappears and nothing else happens.

I really don't know what else to do and any help will be appreciated.

If you are able to open iTunes and are not able to open the iTunes Store itself, please take a look at this article If you can't connect to the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store. But I have tried that already. I'm attaching a picture of the window I see when I launch the itunes windowss store app.
