MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017) Battery time

Hello,

I have MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017) 3,5 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 1536 MB. I Looked my battery health status and it shows Good, 99%. But from the beginning I felt that the battery last much shorter that my older macbook, it was not so powerful as this one so maybe its the problem of quick battery drain? From 100% to 5% it takes about 4hours in normal use: internet, video watch and ect on slithly dimmed brightness (latest iOS, always updating to newest). My older mac held up to 8 hours. On official page apple says it should hold up to 10 hours... I very disappointed about my 4hours max, tried many thing I found on the internet and nothing worked...

My question would be is it normal to last my battery 4hours just because my 13inch is more powerful than basic model?

I purchased it on apple and in my country we have only apple service where I can bring it and they usually know very little, they always say same things, for example when you bring iphone with any problem always say restart it should work, and if you say I already tried than they take it from you for a couple of days, rewrite the soft and brings you back saying it should work (when I already tried by myself..) lol they are real geniuses
