Chase app notifications - Not working

I've been reaching out to Chase but they are useless, therefore the post here.

Previously, I was able to choose push notifications in my Chase app to alert me when a charge over $X.XX but now it's not available as an option.

I am allowing the Chase app for all notifications. I also have the latest version of the Chase app. My friend has the app and he has the option to select push notifications. The only difference is that I'm having an iPhone X and he has an iPhone 8.

I've also heard you could get Apple Wallet/Pay notifications but I can't get that to work either.

Any suggestions?

iPhone X, iOS 11.4.1

I got it to work by removing the app and then reinstalling it. The ONLY thing I didn't try before. But still can't figure out to get Wallet notification when using my credit cards outside Apple Pay (then I get the notifications).

Removing the app and reinstalling did it for me. I've had the app installed for many years and have never dialed in my push alerts for the Chase app. After reinstalling it seemed to "re-authenticate" my phone for push notifications from the Chase Mobile app. All is good! Thanks for the advice.
