Iphone 7 suddenly went into a startup grey with apple logo and it continued in a loop showing the startup screen and then black every 6 seconds. Was able to put the iphone into DFU mode and when connected to Itunes get error 4013 when trying to restore. Is this the end of My iphone??

I have this same problem please help. It must be from this new update my phone was working perfectly fine before it.
